- When asked to sign in, use this account's email and the code we send.
- Chat apps cannot send files from your computer: upload the file on the Transcriptions tab, then ask the assistant to fetch it by name or id.

Owners can do everything on this tab. Support can look up accounts, gift up to 120 minutes at a time, mark a first transcription free, suspend and resume accounts, review rewards and resend renewal notices. The person must have signed in to the dashboard once; a new role shows the next time they sign in, and removing someone signs them out.
Activity
Every change made on this tab, and accounts suspended or credits taken back after a chargeback or refund, newest first. Kept for a year.
Plan allowances
Minutes of audio and YouTube videos per period, per plan. Saving applies to every account within a minute; the homepage and pricing page follow. Prices and overage rates stay in Stripe.
Promotions
A sale is a Stripe coupon on one plan plus a one-off code we generate. Promotions may overlap; the site shows the newest live one that has its banner on, and code-only promotions stay private.
