The steps

Webhooks by Zapier → POST: URL https://api.audiotranscribr.com/v1/transcriptions, payload type json, data url = the file link or YouTube link from the trigger, headers x-api-key = your key. Zapier unflattens the reply, so id is available to later steps.
Delay by Zapier → Delay For: 2 minutes covers most recordings; use 1 minute for YouTube links.
Webhooks by Zapier → GET: URL https://api.audiotranscribr.com/v1/transcriptions/ followed by the id from step 1, same header.
Filter by Zapier: only continue if Status exactly matches completed. (Zapier cannot loop; for multi-hour recordings make the delay longer rather than adding steps.)
Use the files: Results Txt, Results Srt, Results Pdf and so on are links that work for an hour without a key. Send one to Gmail, Google Drive, Notion, Slack or an AI step.
